Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from date of order, and sent via Express Post, with the exception of larger multiple/bulk orders which are shipped Standard Post. Please allow approximately 7 business days from date of order to receive your goods. 

Tracking your delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to your registered email address with tracking information.

To track your parcel, enter the tracking code that was sent to your email into the Australia Post 'Track My Parcel' page here.

Returns 

Globe SmartLife do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are offered on faulty products within the 12 month warranty period. For any questions regarding your product please contact our support team sales@globesmartlife.com.au
